On days when I yearn for something more substantial than a bowl of noodle soup, a good Pad Thai fits the bill. Savoury and spicy, Pad Thai is something I would enjoy once every week, if not for its oily nature. Most people have had the Western style of Pad Thai, which is loaded with red oil. I enjoy the original version which is lighter, and does not have the red oil. Here are my favorite Thai restaurants.
